Fork Lift Training

Commercial Safety College developed the five (5) day Forklift program for inexperienced or experienced operators. The program combines both classroom and "hands on" training. We are pleased to offer this program at a Client's location or our own location in Masstown, Nova Scotia.

Training includes mechanical, practical and safety skills associated with forklift operation. This course is designed to enable an unskilled worker the skills necessary to enter the workforce at an entry level. It will provide an opportunity to take part in a valuable, challenging and productive career.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum Grade 8 education
  • Meet minimum vision standards (minimum standard 20/30 in one eye, 20/50 other), hearing and reaction time
  • Possess valid Driver's License
  • Physically able to safely operate unit

Completion

Upon successful completion, the Candidate will receive a certificate and wallet card.
